How to Easily Make an Animated Twitter Avatar / Avi

Did you know that you can animate your twitter avi? Well guess what..you can! Animating your avi is an easy way to grab the attention of your followers. This is why dormant avi photos most likely get ignored in your followers timeline. You're more that welcome to see my animated avi HERE.

Step One
Create a folder and add photos that you'd like to use in your animated avi (10 max)


Step Two
Open your browser and visit Gickr.com

Step Three
Upload the photos from the folder you created

Step Four
Change the size to userpic (120px wide)

Step Five
Change your speed to custom (I normally choose 1 sec)

Step Six
Click continue and wait for your animated avi to be processed

Step Seven
Once your avi is processed, click download to computer

Step Eight
Once downloaded, open up a new tab or window in your browser and visit twitter to log in.

Step Nine
After you've logged in, go to your settings, then click on profile.

Step Ten
Click on "choose file" and select the downloaded 'gif' file you created. Then click save.
